Chrome Book Start-Up!

Today's Objective: Continue to get comfortable with the transition to Chrome Books while integrating a little bit of history in the mix!

1. Watch Sacco and Vanzetti Part 13 here (grab your headphones!). Add the following to your journal: Reflect on why you think the WORLD began to publicly demonstrate their discontent at the death sentences that S&V received.  (In this reflection, really show me through your writing that you are thinking!)

2. Go to Google Docs (should be in your bookmark bar) and create a new collection titled, 1920s.  Collaborate with me and your classmates if you don't remember how to do this.

3. Now create a Google document titled, Sacco and Vanzetti Journal.  I want you to transfer all of your S&V Journal notes you wrote on paper to this new Google doc.

4. Place this journal in your 1920s collection.

5. Once you finish with everything from above, scroll down to the post "Learning About Google Chrome and the Chrome Books".  I want you to start at Task 6 and complete everything that is listed in Task 6.  When you create accounts, don't forget to have your Usernames and Passwords doc opened so you can add your new information.  For any of the sites that ask for an email address you will use your school google account (firstnamelastname@student.godleyisd.net).  COLLABORATE WITH ME AND YOUR PEERS IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS!)

HAVE A GREAT DAY!
