Student Objective: Evaluate the impact of New Deal legislation on the historical roles of state and federal government; and compare New Deal policies and its opponents' approaches to resolving the economic effects of the Great Depression


1. We are continuing with sascurriculumpathways QL# 1256.  Make sure you are completing all the interactive points and reading everything thoroughly.  When you finish with the slide show portion click on "Test Your Knowledge" and complete the practice, quiz and apply activities.  You can access the site here.

2. To submit your work from SAS you will email me.  Follow the directions on the site.  My email address is spetty@godleyisd.net

3. We will be testing over the Great Depression on Wednesday.  It is a 20 question multiple choice test and we will be taking it using quiz.4teachers.org.  Make sure you have registered for this site!

4. When we return from Easter break we will have the honor of having Ms. Chaplin's grandparents as guest speakers.  They will be speaking about their experience in WWII England as well as the Cold War.  Open this document to learn a little more about them and come up with 2-3 questions you would like to have them answer when they are here.  Add your questions directly to the document.  Include your name at the end of each question. This is a great opportunity to hear a first hand account of life during WWII!
